My fee is $175 and I offer a sliding scale when appropriate. I take Aetna, United Healthcare (UHC), Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, & United Medical Resources (UMR). You may also be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement from your health insurance provider, in which case, I can provide invoices to submit to your insurer.
I use Zelle for all out-of-pocket fees and I use Alma for processing all insurance claims.
